This site has been created primarily to help my colleagues learn more about using various technologies in the on-ground and virtual classrooms of now and in the future. We will be considering many topics, including using learning management systems, creating multimedia content for the classroom; various pedagogical and andragogical approaches to teaching and learning; course and instructional design approaches; program evaluation and assessment; designing e-learning classrooms and online activities for all the major learning styles, and much, much more.
Please feel free to subscribe to this site (using the orange RSS icon in the upper right corner of this page) to be sure you receive the latest additions and updates as we explore these topics.
Also please feel very free to make comments, suggestions, and additions to any topic posted in this site at any time you wish. In order to make a contribution, you’ll need to register for the site — use the Register link over in the right margin, and a password will be emailed to you immediately. To help moderate our discussions, your first comment will be withheld from view until I can review and approve of your membership. From that point on, all your comments should appear in the blog immediately after you submit them.
I truly hope that this site can become a collective resource for all of us trying to make our technology augmented classrooms the very best learning experiences for all of our students.
Respectfully provided for you,
